Habitat for Humanity quilts

A quilt made for Habitat for Humanity

Our guild members make quilts that are given to new owners of homes built by Habitat for Humanity.

The quilts are given at the dedication ceremony before the owner moves into their new home. The quilts have a “home” theme and can be any size or color, many have been scrap quilts.

These quilts are so appreciated and cherished by the homeowners, knowing others are a part of their new beginning. You may use the free pattern provided in the next column or use your own favorite house block! The quilts are usually used as a wall hanging.

We have kits which include a pattern and fabric. So if you’d like to make a Habitat quilt, please use the form on the Contact Us page to send us an email and we will get back to you with the details.
